Split-systems: Split-systems consist of an outdoor and indoor unit . These include air conditioners, heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and oil furnaces.
Mini-split systems: A mini-split system is a smaller unit that is mounted to the interior wall of your residence without requiring a duct system. It is just as efficient as a regular split system and has a small condensing unit installed outside. This option is beneficial when there is minimum attic space, you have a smaller living space to cool, or you want to control a specific room temperature.
Package units: A package unit is a self contained system that includes the air-handler and condenser all in one. This is a great option for mobile or manufactured homes.
